Hazrat Ibrahim Park, commonly known as Ab-o-Atash Park (Water and Fire Park), covers approximately 18,000 square meters. It is situated in the northern part of the Abbasabad Cultural and Tourist Area, at the intersection of Shahidi (Didar) Street and Africa Highway, with the main entrance designed from Haqqani Highway. The park, based on the story of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS), incorporates the two concepts of water and fire that played a significant role in his life. It was inaugurated in 2009.
Since the tourist section of Abbasabad lands is themed around travelogues, this park was placed in the first section, conveying the concept of "braving fire and water" to initiate a journey.
One of the park's most attractive designs is "Water Square." When the ground-embedded fountains are activated, rain seems to fall from the ground to the sky, making this square a favorite spot for children during the summer.
The park also features four 10-meter-tall fire towers alongside water fountains with 240 nozzles and ground lighting, combining water and fire elements.
Additionally, a 4-meter high, 100-meter-long wrought iron screen along the path narrates the life story of Hazrat Ibrahim in six parts, from idol-breaking and the transformation of the fire into a garden to the descent of the angels, the sacrifice of Ismail (AS), and Hajj. This screen is known as the "Narrative Curtain." The park also houses a statue of Siavash, rooted in ancient Persian literature, with a story similar to that of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS).
Another key feature of Ab-o-Atash Park is the open-air amphitheater "Geradan," with a tent structure covering 700 square meters and a capacity of 750 people. It hosts various performances, from storytelling and curtain reading to street theater and religious and traditional ceremonies.
Some of the urban furniture used in the Abbasabad Cultural and Tourist Area comes from symposiums on furniture design. These unique seating areas with diverse designs usually attract the attention of citizens.
