Ports Park

Ports Park

Ports Park, the second of eight conceptual parks in the Abbasabad Cultural and Tourist Area, spans approximately 53,000 square meters and is themed around maritime journeys. It is bordered to the north by Hazrat Ibrahim Park (Ab-o-Atash), to the west by Shahidi Street (South Didar), and to the south by Abrisham Road Bridge 1, a pedestrian connector over Shahid Hemmat Highway, leading towards Manzoomeh Shamsi Park.

The park's design symbolically incorporates maritime elements due to the presence of the Ports and Shipping building. It features vast, low-lying green areas reminiscent of the sea, a lighthouse, a seafood restaurant with a tent-like structure, a symbolic ship, maritime elements, boats, piers, tents in gazebos, lifebuoy tubes, thick ropes, and more. These attractions aim to evoke the feeling of being in a park that represents the essence of the sea and ports throughout history and the present.
